A: We charge for a deposit that is equal to one month’s rent.

A: As soon as you provide your building(s) information and what services you require, we can get to work right away.

A: You’ll receive reports catered to your need as an owner, including delinquency, leasing and availability, and work order reports.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

A: We receive all security deposits and store them in an interest-bearing account.
